ICTCR helps physician researchers make the necessary connections to start their projects. In order to start a project, consider what type and level of assistance you desire. ICTCR intends to facilitate your research without controlling it. Only the expressed level of assistance desired will be offered. The strength of ICTCR is in creating collaborative relationships for the advancement of medicine and much of the assistance offered will encourage collaboration with other experts.
